R.I.P. Don Cornelius
On the day marking the beginning of Black History Month, the entertainment industry loses an icon to what sources say was an “apparent suicide.” Don Cornelius, the visionary who created and hosted the legendary musical variety show Soul Train, was found dead in his Los Angeles of a self-inflicted gunshot with no signs of foul play. The Los Angeles Police Department said his death is still under investigation.
Needless to say this is sad day for the entertainment industry.
